Fematone-RC

Fematone-RC is a new generation, easily biodegradable and  completely eco-friendly dye-reducing auxiliary for reduction clearing of dyeing on polyester, cononically dyeable polyester, cashmilone, cellulose acetate and blend of these among themselves and alongwith either cellulose or viscose in a dyebath in acidic medium.

Advantages

• It has an excellent reductive effect in mild acidic dye bath i,e, the same bath prior to drain.
• It is very effective in reduction clearing of unfixed, loosely adhered dye particles from the surface of the fiber / fabric. It is reduction clearing the dye bath containing the unexhausted dye particles in the bath to be drained.
• It does not increase the tendency of polyester to release oligomer.
• It does not require any alkali to be added, which is subsequently necessary to be neutralized from the fiber / fibric.
• Reduction clearing with famatone-RC saves in time labous, energy, water, chemicals as compared to conventional method. The waste water to drains or to the effluent treatment plant is much clear.
