Famous-JD is a
very powerful concentrated APEO free swelling &
scouring agent for desired grainy effect on highly twisted polyester
yam fabrics. This product is suitable for application both on Drum
and Jet dyeing machine. The excellent wetting and penetrating action
of Famous-JD helps to open up the twists of yam, swelling and
shrinkage to produce the compacting effect.

Application:
For
Drumming-
After hot grey wash with hydro 0.25-05%, with desired alkali and
0.25% non-ionic detergent at 800c for 20 minutes. 0.5-1.0%
Famous-JD is suggested in Drumming at 1200c to
1300c for 120-90 minutes.
For Jet
Dyeing Machines:
After hot grey wash with hydro 0.25-05%, with desired alkali and
0.25% non-ionic detergent at 850c-900c for 20
minutes. 0.5-1.0% Famous-JD is suggested with required alkali
for weight-reduction (W.R) and 0.5 to 1.0% Stainex at
1200c-1300c for 60 to 90 minutes for desired
grainy effect.
Combine Scour-Dye technique for
dull & dark shades:
0.5%-1.0%
Famous-JD is suggested with 0.25% non-Ionic detergent at 70')c
for 20 minutes, then add disperse dyestuff with 1gpl Activan-PD
maintaining pH 4 and raise temperature up to 1300c and
hold it for 45 minutes to get complete exhaustion of dyestuff. For
moderately hard water sequestering agent is recommended. In this
process Famous-JD acts as a powerful penetrating agent.
