Mahek-CRL
is a APEO free & formaldehyde free powerful retarding,
migrating & leveling agent, specially developed for Cationic,
Reactive, Direct, Acid & Metal complex dyes.
Specifications:
Base: Blend
of Quaternary ammonia and methylated Aliphatic Alcohol Ethylene oxide
Appearance: Clear
colourless Liquid
Nature: Cationic

at 1050C/180': 39 ± 2 %
Solubility: Soluble
in water in all proportion.
Bio
Degradability: It is bio degradable.
Advantages:
It
is good retarding effect and good leveling property.
It
has very good migrating property.
It
does not effect fastness properties.
It
gives good exhaustion of dye stuff.
It
does not allow Cationic dye stuff to migrate on polyester.
Dyeing
Addition for Cationic:
Acetic
Acid(glacial) 98% 1-2 gpl
Glauber’s
salt 5-7%
Mahek-CRL 0.5-1.0

Dyeing
at 1150c to 1200c for 30 to 45 min.
For
Reactive & Direct Dyes:
For dyeing 1.0 gpl to
1.5 gpl Mahek CRL is to be added in to dye bath of
reactive/direct dyes with glauber’s salt. Dyeing at 700c-750c
for 15-20 min.
For printing 0.5% to
1.0% Mahek CRL is to be added with printing gum. No other
chemical for penetration or leveling is required.
After
dyeing & printing with Mahek CRL no dyefixing agent is required,
For
Acid & Metal Complex Dyes:
Acetic
Acid (glacial) 98% 1-2 gpl
Mahek
CRL 1 gpl
Dyeing
at 800c -850c for 45-50 min.
Usage
of Mahek CRL will increase the exhaustion of dyestuff with
good leveling.
