Application
0.5 to 1.0 gpl Brightex.
How to use
For actual dyeing, change Brightex 0.5 to 1.0 gpl with
Activan-PD 1.0 to 1.25 gpl (marinating pH 4.0) or (required acid,
leveling agent and dispersing agent and dispersing agent) and introduce
the dye solution into the machine. Raise the temperature at the rate of
corresponding to the type and property of the dyestuff upto 130ºC to
132ºC and hold it for at least 30 to 45 minutes to complete exhaustion
process. Cool the bath to 85ºC and then drain as usual for R.C. process
of the dyed yarn.
